Palm Beach Gardens Chess Club
2010 Schedule
Palm Beach Gardens Chess Club meets every Saturday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm at the Village of North Palm Beach Parks & Recreation Center. It is located at 603 Anchorage Drive in the Art Building. The Club is open to all players. Parking is free. No smoking permitted. The Center charges $2 per player per Saturday. Bring chess board, pieces, chess clock, score sheets and pen/pencil.
Registration is from 9:30 am to 9:45 am the first day of the tournament. Please! No Questions from 9:45 am to 10:00 am. Tournament Clocks will start at 10:00 am sharp. You may enter later with half byes for rounds missed up to the maximum for the tournament. Players are expected to notify the Director in advance when they will miss a round. For last minute byes up to 9:45 am, leave message at (561) 762-3377.
Last round byes must be requested during the first half of the event and are irrevocable.
USCF membership is required for all tournaments. There is no Club Membership required. The Club's web site is www.palmbeachchessclub.info
